Anthony Marick’s experience includes all aspects of business and corporate law, from advising start-up ventures to publicly held companies. He assists clients on corporate structure and governance, corporate finance, shareholder and ownership arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and executive employment and compensation issues. He supervises all aspects of his client’s legal needs, providing advice to clients, their executives and board members.
